Immunity Boosting Kadha


This is very tough time for all of us.  We even get scared stepping out of home.  If any one member of our family gets sick, we all get very disturbed.  As suggested by experts, to prevent from this viral disease, we should adopt some measures.  One of that measure is increasing our immunity.  Also suggested by our Ayush Mantralaya, we should consume this drink twice a day to improve our immunity.  Most of the ingredients are available at our home.  With few other ingredients, we can easily make this kadha at home.  This kadha not only increase our immunity, but helps to improve our health in many ways like burning fats, correcting digestion, relief from cough and cold, etc.
Ingredients for making kadha: 1. 2 cloves 2. 4 black pepper 3. 1 small piece of cinnamon/dalchini 4. 1 teaspoon carom seeds/ajwain 5. 1 tablespoon jaggery 6. 1 slice of lemon 7. 1 teaspoon aniseeds 8. 1 house of black cardamom 9. Few basil leaves/drops of basil leaves 10. 3 black raisins 11. 1 teaspoon turmeric powder 12. 1 teaspoon dry ginger powder /fresh crushed ginger 13. 1 teaspoon honey 14. 2 cups water


Method:
1.  Boil 2 cups water.
2.  Add all ingredients except lemon and honey.
3.  Boil for 5 min.
4.  Add  lemon juice and honey
5. Sieve kadha in a serving cup and consume hot kadha for best results.
